At Hania Kuzbari Jewelry Designs, products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns must be made via FedEx. There are no returns on earrings, made to order, and custom items. Returned items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Damaged, worn, soiled, or altered items will not be accepted.

For made to order/custom items, these include items that are created specifically for the customer or are customized by the customer with Hania Kuzbari, such as custom gold and stone orders, custom ring sizes, custom lettering, custom design elements, custom necklace lengths.

To return an item from Canada, send an email to info@haniakuzbari.com with your return or exchange request. A return authorization will be provided, which includes shipping address and international shipping slip for returns outside of Canada. Once the package is received in the studio, it will be inspected to see if the item(s) meet the stated physical conditions. If they do, a refund (original shipping cost excluded) will be processed as soon as possible.

For gift exchanges, if the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and unidentified returns may be returned to the sender. You will be liable for shipping charges when returning the goods to Hania Kuzbari, unless the return is as a result of an error on their side.

Regarding the shipping policy, all products will be shipped via FedEx from the studio within 1-2 business days of placing your order and will arrive within 1-5 business days. Expedited shipping is available for a fee. Please note, made-to-order products or out of stock items take 2 - 3 weeks to create. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
